Careers Job Opportunities Camp Erdman Registered Behavioral Technician

The Behavior Specialist’s primary responsibility is to promote guidance and support to campers in need struggling with managing emotions, behavioral struggles, and camp related stress. They will be the lead for our Resilience specialty camp. Responsibilities will also focus on creating an environment of inclusion, acceptance, and encouragement for a camper that will need additional assistance for their camp experience. This position will live in shared housing. 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of college education preferred
• RBT Certification, or relevant coursework/experience, preferred
• Experience working with children
• Prior summer camp experience preferred
• Prior experience leading peers preferred CPR/AED & First Aid required
• TB test required
• Ability to be physically active all day
